Such a special experience at Ultrascan! ❤️ Audrey at reception made us feel so welcomed when we arrived, and Richmond was absolutely lovely too- so warm, kind and explained everything so beautifully during the scan. Amazing experience from start to finish! We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. The sonographer was incredibly friendly, patient, and answered all of our queries. The scan itself was so satisfying, and the image quality was top-notch,we got to see the baby's face, hands, legs, and listen to the heartbeat. Coming back here again for our second babies gender reveal and the experience was just as amazing as the first time. They are Brilliant the staff! And Kevin the man who does the scan is brilliant as always he talks you through everything and makes the experience even more enjoyable! Had the most beautiful  day with my husband on Saturday finding out our first baby will be a beautiful little boy.... thank you so much to the girls at Reception and Kevin for creating such an amazing memory for us! My wife and I were here a few days ago. What a lovely experience. The place itself is very nice, lots of parking and there is an interactive screen that kids can draw on inside. The reception staff were lovely and Kevin who performed the scan was great, very professional. After four kids and private scans for each of them, this was the best experience of them all. I would say we will be back but I think four kids is enough!
