To enhance your viewing experience, every suite is equipped with an extra-large LED display that has been carefully calibrated for optimal medical imaging, giving you a clear and detailed view of your baby during the scan. For gender reveal scans, our custom-designed light shows add an exciting and memorable moment of suspense as you discover whether you are welcoming a baby boy or girl.

Ultrascan uses a state-of-the-art 2026 Samsung AI-driven ultrasound system, delivering exceptional image clarity and advanced diagnostic capabilities. Our cosy and intimate customised photo booths are designed to make your visit even more special.
Using our large 32-inch touchscreen displays, you can easily browse and select your favourite baby scan images, which are then professionally printed at reception to take home the very same day.

As one of the newest systems on the market, Ultrascan is proud to be among the first private clinics in Ireland to introduce this groundbreaking technology.
For general medical ultrasound, we utilise the GE LOGIQ E10s, a world-renowned system known for its outstanding image quality and diagnostic precision. This advanced platform allows our clinicians to examine organs, blood vessels, muscles, and soft tissues with exceptional clarity. The result is more accurate imaging and reliable reports for both patients and referring doctors.
We also operate the GE S10 ultrasound system, a dependable and versatile platform used in clinical environments worldwide. While our latest flagship machines lead the way in imaging innovation, the GE S10 supports our wider imaging suite. You will then be cared for by our CORU-registered sonographers, who are highly skilled in diagnostic imaging and committed to delivering accurate, detailed scans with professionalism and compassion.
All scans are reviewed and reported by our consultant radiologists, who are registered with the Irish Medical Council. Their expertise ensures that every report meets the highest clinical standards and can be trusted by both patients and referring doctors.
